| Partial payments are not allowed when your current month’s rent is due. However, we do have a program called Flex where you can qualify for partial rent payments! Info below and also detailed in your tenant portal. |
| Yes, we love our furry friends! We allow 2 pets per household. No breed or weight restrictions. We charge $45 a month per pet and a one time $350 additional deposit for the 1st pet / $150 for 2nd. |
| Yes, we offer a few different options for garage parking ranging from $195-$255 per month. This is dependent on availabilty. |
| Yes, we offer additional on site storage from $50-$150 per month depending on the size. This is dependent on availabilty. |
| Yes, we offer bike storage at no cost to you and we have bike racks in every home! |
| Yes, we require renters insurance prior to moving in, with a $100,000 personal liability, along with SYLO being an interested party. You may use any provider of your choice! |
| You can submit work orders via the online tenant portal! Go to service requests on your left tool bar. |
| Maintenance emergencies include, but are not limited to, floods, heavy/constant leaks, moisture growth, no heat, full power outage, etc. Of course, please call 911 for life-or-death emergencies. |
| Yes, we can coordinate an elevator reservation prior to your move in day! |
| If you move out prior to the end of your lease, you will be charged a lease break fee which is a standard rate of 1.5x the monthly rent. |
| Yes, our building is controlled access with the system Latch. |
| Yes, we follow the City of Portland quiet hours which is from 10pm-7am daily. |
