Fantastic Place!
We love The Weidler! It's been great living here. We enjoy all our new appliances and amenities in the building. The outdoor ... patio is a nice feature and the gym has everything we need. We really appreciate that our packages are delivered safely stored/locked. The managers, staff, and maintenance are wonderful and helpful! We highly recommend! This place is amazing
We just moved here from Michigan and we are in love with our apartment and the wonderful staff here at the Weidler. Joy Pope ... made our move smooth and enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and professional. Not only is she amazing at her job but she really went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed throughout the process and comfortable with our decision. Brandon has also been so awesome with all of our questions and needs plus he is great to talk to. We really feel like they care about us as tenants and although it's still a business they make us feel like friends. I have lived in a lot of different places such as Arizona, California, and even here in Portland before so I know a good building and staff when I see one. I put in hours of research on every building available in this city and Sylo is one out of two management companies I would live under. They have a great reputation and that absolutely shows. I am actually very picky about where I live because my home is very important to me. There are plenty of new places around but to me management and value are of equal importance when choosing my home. The apartments are beautiful, the appliances so stylish and modern. You can operate your stove from your phone....how cool is that??? The artwork within the building is fantastic. The overall design is impeccable. The neighborhood is perfect. It is aesthetically pleasing, clean, safe, and close to so much entertainment. It's also so close to forest park which is a must if you like getting in some hiking daily.
